Package FAQs
You can purchase any package by booking your first session through our online scheduling system or by contacting Kristen directly. Payment for the full package is collected at your first visit, and your remaining sessions will be scheduled as part of your personalized treatment plan. We accept all major credit cards.
Package sessions are valid for six months from the date of purchase. For best results, Kristen recommends scheduling treatments every three to four weeks so that each session builds on the progress from the last. If you have special circumstances that require an extension, reach out and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Packages are designed as progressive treatment plans built around one person's skin, so they cannot be split between multiple people. However, packages make a wonderful gift. If you would like to purchase a package for someone else, contact Kristen and she will arrange a gift package with a complimentary consultation for the recipient.
Your written skincare plan is a detailed document that includes your current skin assessment, your specific skin goals, a recommended home care routine with product names and usage instructions, a treatment schedule with the progression of each session, and notes on what to expect between appointments. This plan is updated as your skin improves, so it evolves with you throughout your package.
We understand that life happens. You can reschedule any package session with at least 24 hours notice at no additional charge. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows may result in the forfeiture of that session. We recommend booking your next appointment before leaving the studio to keep your treatment plan on track.
