Appointments

Cancellation & No-Show

Life happens — I get it. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours' notice. This allows me to offer your time slot to another client.

Late cancellations (under 24 hours) and no-shows will be charged 50% of the service fee. Same-day cancellations are charged the full service fee.

If you're feeling unwell, please reschedule — no fee. Your health comes first, and I want to see you when you're feeling your best.

Products

Product Returns

GlyMed Plus products purchased through The Skin Tune may be returned within 14 days of purchase in their original, unused condition for a full refund.

Opened or used products cannot be returned due to the nature of skincare — but if something isn't working for your skin, let's talk. I'd rather adjust your routine than have you stuck with the wrong product.

Delivery

Shipping

Product orders ship within 2–3 business days via USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Orders over $150 ship free within the continental US.

Gifts & Series

Gift Cards & Packages

Gift cards are available in any amount and never expire. They can be used toward any service or product at The Skin Tune.

Treatment packages and series must be used within 12 months of purchase. Packages are non-transferable and non-refundable after the first session has been used.
