Kristen follows an 80/20 philosophy: 80% of your results come from a consistent at-home routine with the right products, while the remaining 20% is amplified by professional treatments. That means every visit is paired with honest guidance on what to do between appointments, so your skin keeps improving long after you leave the treatment room.
