What to Expect at Your First Visit
Your first appointment at The Skin Tune is designed to be thorough, comfortable, and completely personalized. Here is what your visit will look like:
Skin Consultation: Kristen will start by asking about your skin history, current routine, lifestyle factors, and goals. This conversation helps her understand your skin on a deeper level and ensures your treatment is tailored specifically to you.
Skin Analysis: Using professional assessment techniques, Kristen will evaluate your skin type, hydration levels, areas of concern, and overall skin health. This analysis guides every product and technique used during your treatment.
Your Treatment: Based on the consultation and analysis, Kristen will perform your selected treatment, making adjustments in real time to address what your skin needs most that day.
Home Care Guidance: Before you leave, you will receive personalized recommendations for at-home skincare products and routines to maintain and build on the results of your treatment.
Please arrive with a clean face (no makeup if possible) and plan to be at the studio for the full duration of your selected treatment. If you have any questions before your visit, do not hesitate to get in touch.
Studio Policy
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens and schedules change. We simply ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer that time to another client who may be waiting for an opening.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or missed without any notice, may be subject to a cancellation fee. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit for future bookings.
